Zombie mashing
The intensity was amazing in this one. Hordes of zombies rushing while I struggled to reload a hunting rifle, dogs barking at my baricades while fellow survivors tried to push them back. Really the game was more intense and grating with having a limited time now to not sit and wait, but to fight your way to safety. The search system is a little more in depth and more enjoyable.
However, reloading seemed reeeeaaallllyyy slow. Especially when your getting attacked by hordes. I realize it helps with the intensity, but when there are no other survivors beside you to help fight the difficulty of surviving is pretty freaking ridiculous. Also finding survivors if anyone dies... I didn't find anybody, and they all got killed before my baricades were all knocked down (annoying but an intresting part of the game... good to protect your boys this time around).
Dosn't take long to figure out how to play, and the AI... well it works, there really isn't too much AI needed in this game, the enemies are all dead and rotting. However There were a few glitches in the game that frustrated me. A few times firing my rifle it didn't go off as far as I could see.
All in all though, the game was highly enjoyable with good graphics and sound. Despite a few glitches there isn't anything really that truly draws from the game's enjoyment other than a difficulty that can be truly unfair at times. Then again, surviving a zombie outbreak wouldn't be fair at all. Good work.
